Welcome to Culinary Goods a journal written by Trevor Walker. It includes a growing collection of simple recipes that I refer to when cooking for our own family and some reflections on (mostly) culinary topics. Feel free to post comments and share your own family's tried and true recipes.

We are looking for a few good revolutionaries:

“… a __ revolution that can connect our families and communities with the most basic human values, provide the deepest delight for all our senses, and assure our well-being for a lifetime.” (Alice Waters, The Art of Simple Food, 2007)

Do you know the name of the revolution Alice Waters describes?  If so, we may have a job for you.

If you’ve dropped off a resume to Plenty in the past and are still interested in working with us please call (250-380-7654) or e-mail (trevor@epicureanpantry.ca) to let us know that you are available (starting ASAP).  We’ll also be accepting new applications over the next few weeks – if you’d like to apply please e-mail me and I’ll reply with an application form.

Please let us know if you’ve joined the revolution and what it’s called.
