Terralicious & Plenty host Table Talk
Starting in the New Year Terralicious and Plenty will be co-hosting Table Talk. These lively sessions will take place in the store on the first Wednesday of each month, beginning February 2010, and will be an opportunity to sample wonderful food, share preparation and growing tips, and engage in great discussions about food and sustainability. Terralicious is based at Haliburton Community Organic Farm in Saanich where they offer interactive and nourishing cooking and gardening lessons. Sign up for a class to learn how to seed, plant, grow, harvest, preserve and cook delicious and seasonally nutritious foods.
Table Talk sounds like a great way to expand my vocabulary. I’m sorry to have found this after the first session. I look forward to attending the March edition!
